Our service uses AI tools to generate strategy drafts.

Purpose: to analyse your market inputs and produce recommendations.

Human Oversight: all AI outputs are reviewed by an experienced strategist before delivery.

Legal or Significant Effects: no fully automated decisions are made that produce legal or similarly significant effects.

We retain personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this policy:

Client project data: retained for 12 months after delivery unless otherwise agreed.

Account data: retained while your account is active and for up to 12 months after closure for legal or record-keeping purposes.

Marketing data: until you unsubscribe or withdraw consent.

We may share your data with: 

Service providers and sub-processors who assist in delivering our services (e.g. payment processors, hosting providers, AI tool vendors).

Legal and regulatory authorities where required by law.

Business transferees in the event of a merger, sale, or acquisition.

Current sub-processors include: Stripe, OpenAI, Google, Claude. 

Where data is transferred outside the EEA/UK, we use Standard Contractual Clauses or other safeguards required by GDPR.
